The experience starts when you follow my booking link and make your first appointment!

After you book your appointment, I'll double check that the date, time, and service makes the most sense for your hair needs, and we will make it a date! 

All service packages include enough time to make all of the magic happen. If you feel you need more details on booking or the services I offer, you are welcome to schedule an in-person consultation.

Confirming your appointment

You can expect a confirmation text and email 72 hours before your appointment and a reminder 24 hours before. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, you can feel free to do so online up to 48 hours before your appointment. The week of your appointment, I will reach out with additional information about getting to the salon and salon procedures.

Policies

cancellations + rescheduling

We understand things come up. We ask that you give a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.If you must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge for the services you were scheduled for. 

no shows + late arrivals

If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and will not be able to book any future appointments. All clients require a card on file to ensure your appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

Please let me know if you will be running a few minutes behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will suggest what is achievable with the remaining appointment time or may need to be rescheduled.

Arriving

We are at My Salon Suites in Deep Ellum right on the corner of Canton Street and Malcolm X Blvd.

There is a designated parking garage that we share with the apartments located towards the back of the building. It is a flat fee of $2 to park ( I would kindly take care of that parking fee!).

Once you are parked, there are two doors to get into the suites building. The Front entrance is actually the best one to get into my suite (number 304). I ask that you plan to arrive early so you have plenty of time to acquaint yourself with your new salon home. I will welcome you at the front door and show you to my chair! What you can expect when entering My Hair Oasis !

 
You can relax in my suite knowing that I thoroughly clean and disinfect between each guest, so the space is ready for you to settle in and make yourself at home. I schedule my guests one at a time so you will have my undivided attention. I will work efficiently to respect your time, but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing on your hair.

I have Wi-Fi, sparkling water, delicious seasonal beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your color processes. We can even trade playlists over my personal speaker or relax in the calm environment. Please feel free to bring a book or work laptop with you. Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with me!
